From entrepreneurship and civic leadership to creative arts and mental wellness, our programs are designed to equip young people with the tools, space, and guidance to turn care into action.
Through initiatives like the Long Beach Latino Chamber of Commerce (LBLCC) Youth Business Track, our mental health & wellness labs, and hands-on workforce training, youth lead projects with real-world impact. They launch businesses, produce podcasts, organize events, and restore purpose in their communities—one act of leadership at a time.
